Khirasara GIDC Association - Online Payment Terms & Conditions

By making an online payment through the Khirasara GIDC Association payment portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Online payments can be made only by the registered Plot Holder or Factory Holder of Khirasara GIDC Association. The payer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the payment process is accurate and complete.

2. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, an official payment receipt will be sent to the registered email address provided by the payer. Please ensure that your email address is correct before completing the payment.

3. Transaction Failure

If your bank account is debited but the payment receipt is not generated or an error page appears after payment, do not attempt to make another payment. Such transactions may require bank confirmation. Once confirmed, the payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address within 3 working days.

4. Support

If you do not receive your payment receipt within 3 working days after the transaction, please contact the Khirasara GIDC Association for assistance.

5. Secure Online Payments

The Association uses a secure online payment gateway for processing credit and debit card transactions. All payment information is transmitted using industry-standard security protocols to help protect your financial information. Khirasara GIDC Association does not store your credit or debit card details.

6. Member Responsibility

The member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment details and ensuring that the payment is made for the correct purpose. Any incorrect payment due to user error shall remain subject to the Association's refund policy.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the online payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
